Christina Bakle Indiana
A staff nurse for Tennessee's Cookeville Medical Clinic, Christina Bakle leverages 20 years of experience in healthcare across a variety of units and medical centers in Indiana, Arizona, and Ohio. Before relocating to Tennessee in 2010, Christina Bakle worked for two nursing homes in Indiana as well as Lafayette's St. Elizabeth's Hospital, where she specialized in oncology and orthopedic rehabilitation.
She began her career in 1997 with the Erie County Health Department, where she conducted health assessments on juvenile detention center detainees and distributed medication to county jail prisoners. Throughout her career, she also has worked alongside students with special needs and in LPN supervisory roles. Her employers include Mollen Immunization Clinic, Quality Home Health, Intrepid USA, and George Davis Manor.
She earned an associate of applied science degree in nursing from Lima College and completed a course in financial planning. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys reading non-fiction history novels and is a member of PFLAG. She also taught a coping class for families with loved ones suffering from Alzheimer's disease at her Unitarian Universalist Church in West Lafayette.
